Now we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our growing team!

About the role

As an IT Project Coordinator, you’ll work side by side with the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives. You’ll be actively involved in coordinating projects that enhance our in-house build systems and support the integration of new products.

This hands-on role lets you gain practical project management experience, develop your organizational skills, and make a real impact on the team’s success.

What You'll Do – Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day project activities and ensuring smooth communication.
• Contributing to backlog refinement by documenting features as user stories or tasks.
• Performing manual testing to verify the functionality and quality of new developments.
• Assisting cross-functional teams in resolving issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with developers on solutions.
• Keeping project documentation clear, structured, and up to date.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our PM processes and tools.

What We're Looking For

• 0-1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or junior PM role.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with MS Office and Jira (Atlassian tools).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

You’ll be a step ahead if you have knowledge of hosting services, web design, programming, or manual quality assurance (QA).
